In this modern world, it can be easy to lose our sense of purpose and coaching aims to help you make the most of what you have and be all you can be. We look at your attitudes, beliefs and values, discussing your dreams and aims in life; helping you to set appropriate goals and motivating you to reach them.
So how does it all come together?
1) The initial "Discovery Call"
We start by offering a short Discovery call consultation prior to purchasing any sessions, which may also take place through social media messaging depending on how we've made contact. This allows both parties to get to know each other a bit, discuss your concerns, agree on a course of action, tailor a package more directly to your needs, and ensures you extra value for money. We will actively listen to you, give you feedback and guidance, and work with you to produce achievable goals.
2) The main session
Life coaching sessions are conducted either face to face or over the phone, and their frequency depends entirely on the issues being addressed and the needs of the Client. From our initial conversation, we aim to get a better understanding of what your needs are so we can start the ball rolling early before we start a proper session.
An appointment typically last up to 60 minutes, with price varying depending on the package suited to you. Skype or email-based services can be offered too, which can save you money, and may be more flexible than face-to-face meetings.
3) How we work with you
Although a life coach works in partnership with you, we will guide you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas to help you move forward with your life. You won’t be forced to make any decisions you’re not comfortable with and the sessions are confidential, so you can explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
You will be encouraged to explore how to make positive changes in your life, with your coach offering support, motivation, and feedback, to help you stay focused on your goals.
